A founder and President of ProStar, Paul has been certified by the NFL Players Association since 1988, and is one of a very small and elite group of NFL agents who have 30 years or more experience. Paul has negotiated hundreds of NFL Playing Contracts, and has handled dozens of NFL injury settlements, grievances, and NFL fine appeals, and handles any legal or contractual issue which arise throughout a client's career. ​ Paul is an attorney admitted in both Colorado and California and several federal jurisdictions. Prior to earning his law degree (Juris Doctorate), Paul earned an MBA degree, and he has attended the prestigious Harvard Negotiating Institute at Harvard Law. He had also served as an adjunct professor at the University of Denver's Daniels College of Business teaching a sports law/contracts class for nearly a decade, has served as an expert witness on behalf of players and coaches in various litigation proceedings, has appeared numerous times on television and radio offering insight on NFL topics, and has published numerous articles relating to the business and economics of professional football. Paul and his wife, Sheila have 2 sons, Jeremy and Sean and reside in Littleton, Colorado.

Warren, our co-founder, is an NFLPA Certified Contract Advisor and has been a driving force at ProStar since our inception. He is involved with contract preparations, team contact, marketing and literally all aspects of day to day operations regarding ProStar and its clients. Being with ProStar since we opened our doors in 1988, he has been a force in developing relationships across the NFL as well as many companies and organizations. A former college safety at Springfield College he runs ProStar's Philadelphia office. He has been instrumental in obtaining supplemental income opportunities with companies including Nike, Reebok, UnderArmour, Oakley, Adidas, 1Exel, TriStar Productions to name a few. Warren and his wife, Terri have 2 sons, Garrett and Aidan and reside in Glenside, Pennsylvania.

Jon is an NFLPA Certified Contract Advisor. He joined ProStar on the management side in 2003, after being a client of our agency since 1995. He is a graduate of Arizona State University with a degree in Business Management, and he received a Masters Degree in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix, while competing in football and track & field where he was an All-American long jumper. During his NFL playing career, Jon kicked for the Dallas Cowboys and Kansas City Chiefs. Between active roster spots with the Cowboys and Chiefs, he was in training camps with the San Francisco 49ers and Miami Dolphins, played with the Scottish Claymores of NFL Europe, and with the CFL's B.C. Lions and Edmonton Eskimos. During his time with the 49ers, Jon narrowly missed qualifying for the 1996 Olympic Trials. Jon lives in Castle Rock, CO with his wife, Shanequa, and three daughters, Kori, Riley and Logan.

With nearly 30 years at Arizona State University, Jean Boyd brings extensive experience in player development and team operations. A former Sun Devil player, he retired in 2024 as Deputy Athletics Director and Chief Operating Officer. His background includes hiring and contract negotiations for coaches, overseeing player development programs, and managing student-athlete performance services. Jean’s deep understanding of the college-to-pro transition makes him an invaluable asset to ProStar clients.

Zhanique Williams joined the ProStar family in 2021. A Houston, TX, native who received her Bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University and her Master's Degree in Sports Administration from Arkansas State. During her time at Texas A&M she also earned a Social Media Certification, Hootsuite Platform Certification, and Influencer Marketing Certification. Zhanique has over seven years of experience in social media marketing with young athletes in her work with non-profit select 7-on-7 football. She brings her knowledge of social media and contacts to serve ProStar, providing both social media guidance as well as NIL deals for our Clients.

As an NFLPA Certified Contract Advisor, Quinlan Gaines is responsible for player prospecting, selection, and recruitment as well as expanding and strengthening ProStar’s team of trainers who help condition recruits in preparation for the NFL draft. He obtained his undergraduate degree in Sports Marketing from Southwest Baptist University, then earned an MBA in Sports Entertainment Management from the University of North Texas. Underlying his formal education is a strong player-first mindset, having played football since the age of 10, and ultimately winning three GLVC All-Conference awards as a defensive back at SBU. In his free time, he runs DB1 Training, a youth-based organization he founded in 2020 that mentors and trains student-athletes in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. DB1 Training has helped dozens of athletes aged 14 to 18 improve their speed and agility through a proven skills-based program.
